Vitargo for Strength, Power, Speed, and Recovery (Video)

SUMMARY: Vitargo increased Recovery for Strength, Power, and Speed, compared to the fastest generic carbohydrate, maltodextrin. This was shown using the squat exercise performed after glycogen-depleting* cycling exercise. In the end Vitargo showed a Same Day Recovery advantage. Here's the quick overview video:
